You are prohibited from using another person's account, attempting to unlawfully access platform systems, or using automated software, bots, or any other method that may interfere with platform operations. Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to exploit the rewards system will result in immediate account suspension and further action where necessary.

Change your password regularly and use a strong combination of characters.
Do not save your login credentials on public devices or share them with anyone.
Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
14000 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All transactions on the 14000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported methods such as FPX and local e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to set limits and may change from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen method. 14000 reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal where investigation or identity verification is required. All verified transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances as determined by management.

Ensure that your bank account name matches the name registered with 14000 to avoid any delays.
Any fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
14000 reserves the right to decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegitimate funding sources.
Rewards and bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) as stated separately.

Liability Limits & Suspended or Closed Account Policy

Account closure requested by the user.

Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable limits and conditions.
